(Especially for Imams of Mosques and Islamic Jurists)
Alhamdulillah, for the past seven years, special workshops for Imams of mosques, titled “Social Reform Seminars,” have been organized under the supervision and guidance of distinguished Islamic scholars and renowned religious figures of Pakistan.
In addition to cities across the country, fifteen seminars have been held at Jamia Ashrafia Lahore, one of Pakistan’s prominent Islamic educational institutions, with a large number of religious scholars participating.
The purpose of these workshops is to promote social reform through the Imams of mosques, contribute towards the establishment of a pure Islamic welfare society, promote and disseminate the teachings of Islam, contribute to the development and progress of Pakistan, and help eliminate obscenity and immorality from educational institutions. Special emphasis is also placed on enabling people to distinguish between Halal and Haram, permissible and impermissible, and purity and impurity according to Islamic teachings.
The workshops are organized area-wise, and each seminar consists of approximately 500 Islamic scholars. Distinguished religious scholars deliver lectures and discuss various aspects of social reform.
At the conclusion of each seminar, a set of books is distributed free of cost to all participating scholars, including Adult Education, Method of Systemic Change, Social Reform, and Roadmap for Social Reform. In addition, extensive arrangements are made for meals for all the participating scholars.
